Andrew Widmark Advisor Andy serves as Chairman and CEO of Mark Properties, working in the North Carolina office. As CEO of the Company and general partner of a number of real estate investment entities, Andy formulates the operating and leasing strategy for a substantial portfolio of properties. Andy has been involved in the real estate industry for more than thirty years. Prior to the formation of the company in 1987, Andy was a Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law, a practicing attorney, President and CEO of Kerr Concrete Pipe Co., and President and CEO of Galesi Realty Corp. Andy was also a professor of the Practice of Real Estate at Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
