We believe in the founders in Tampa Bay Our Thesis We seek out the very best startup teams, who have a passion to develop a bright and prosperous future in our own backyard. We scout for high growth, tech-enabled companies which have developed an initial product, and are ready to scale (post-MVP, pre-significant traction). The founders need to have committed substantial sweat equity into their venture, and need funding to reach the next goal for their startup. We support founding teams of all backgrounds, but tend to look for domain expertise in the field the team is disrupting. Our goal is to work together with our founders, so we prefer teams that are ready to work collaboratively towards the long-term vision for their company.
